Artist Statement

It would be hard to categorize my art. My brother once said it was “primitive”. Others have said it is “impressionistic”. I like to use bright and contrasting colors and perspective. At times I have been called a “colorist”!

I think of myself as a landscape and architectural artist. I am drawn to the geometric symmetry that exists between architecture and nature. My interest in these images shape my art. The pleasant scenes that you now view come only from my memory and are purely original.
